The results of the recent satisfaction survey are in and its a very positive start.

The results of a recent satisfaction survey carried out in Feb/Mar 2017 are as follows:

82% of parents/carers think that school has a clear understanding of their child’s needs.

76% of parents/carers say school keeps them regularly informed about their child’s progress.

88% of parents/carers say their child is generally happy at school.

94% of parents/carers think that staff are generally helpful.

82% of parents/carers say communication from school to home is good.

71% of parents/carers are pleased with their child’s progress and are happy with the way progress is reported.

88% of parents/carers say that teachers listen to their comments.

88% of parents/carers are happy with the annual review meeting.

88% of parents/carers are happy with the support their child receives from school.

67% of parents/carers are happy with the Speech Therapy Service.

76% of parents/carers are happy with the format of the annual report for their child.

82% of parents/carers are happy with the quality and frequency of school newsletters and correspondence.

80% of parents/carers are happy with the level of communication from the school Governors.

67% of parents/carers are happy with the quality and choice of school meals provided.

80% of parents/carers are happy with the format of parents evenings.

94% of parents/carers are happy with the physical environment of the school.

67% of parents/carers are happy with the quality of after school clubs.

89% of parents/carers think that overall what the school does for their child is excellent, very good or good.
