The careers curriculum begins when students first start at Grange School. From early years to key stage 5, our pedagocial approach ensures that all students can understand and develop the 'Remember More' skills that they will need to support themselves in any future employment and independent living.
Our approach to careers allows students to explore a wide range of professions, all linked to the Greater Manchester labour market information. We identify areas of demand and analise the entry level positions before developing meaningful pathways through our own curriculum.
